Product Launch Event for Montblanc

Client: Montblanc October 2014

Montblanc is a high-end brand of writing instruments, watches, jewellery and leather goods, identifiable by their iconic “White Star” logo.

They recently relocated their London office and boutique to a new site in New Bond Street and hosted an exclusive UK launch for their new Extreme range of mens’ leather accessories. Co-hosted by The Gentleman’s Journal Magazine the evening event was attended by the ‘Great and Good’ of the fashion industry, designers and bloggers.

SLP was asked to take photos of the guests as they arrived, mingled and enjoyed the hospitality of the evening as well as get some general retail space and product display imagery that could be used for a later date.

With the likes of Vanity Fair interested in photos of the evening’s attendees and the need for bloggers and online magazines to have hot-of-the-press news, SLP worked with the PR team at the end of the event to review, edit and tag key images that could be used for Press Releases that went out before 11pm the same evening. All further record images were made available the following week.
