The Welcome People provide visitor welcome and street management services to some of the UK’s best known destinations. Established in September 2011, they have fast earned a reputation for innovation and for raising the standard and accountability of Street Ambassador Schemes.

Their mission is to provide a knowledgeable, dependable service, delivered with integrity and a smile! Which certainly comes across in the people they recruit and train for the roles.

They’ve grown from 20 staff to nearly 70 in the last two years – bringing The Welcome People to 11 different areas of the UK, including London, Manchester and Cambridge.

Their areas of expertise include visitor welcome and street concierge services; business visits on behalf of our clients; environmental audits and intelligence gathering.

Sam Lane Photography spent a couple of hours with the newly formed Cheapside Ambassadors Team to get some individual headshot, team and management photos on location in the City to use for websites and presentations.
