Wedding Packages
When planning your wedding you fundamentally need to decide how important photography is for you. If you want beautiful images that record your whole day from getting ready to deep into the night, then it’s best not to leave that up to your ‘mate’ to take the pics, even if they do have a nice camera…
We are skilled at documenting all the key moments – whether it is a quick registry office ceremony or a 15-hour day.
- Before your special day we will meet and plan your photography itinerary around the key events and based on the end results you want to see.
- On the day we will be there as long as you need, helping everything keep to time, fixing buttonholes and smoothing dresses.
- Afterwards we then spend many hours to perfect your photo selection.
(And we’re fully insured).
So, how much of your budget should you invest in photography? As a guide this can be 15-20% of your overall budget but it will depend on your priorities (the dream venue, The dress or the famous band…). Always remember it is Your Wedding, Your Way…especially if you are paying for it!
As a ballpark, we charge around £200 per hour of photography. We typically have two photographers on the day and we will provide all the high-resolution digital images – there is no minimum or maximum quantity…

Platinum Package – £2,400
- Pre-wedding consultation and photo shoot
- Full day of coverage (eg up to 12 hours, from preparations to party shots)
- Password-protected online viewing gallery with options to buy prints
- All images in Full Colour and high resolution on a USB stick (for you to distribute and print from as you wish)
Gold Package – £2,000
- Pre-wedding consultation and photo shoot
- Up to 10 hours of coverage
- Password-protected online viewing gallery with options to buy prints
- All images in Full Colour and high resolution on a USB stick (for you to distribute and print from as you wish)
Silver Package – £1,600
- Pre-wedding consultation
- Up to eight hours coverage
- Password-protected online viewing gallery with options to buy prints
- All images in Full Colour and high resolution on a USB stick (for you to distribute and print from as you wish)
Elopement/Register Office Package – just £250
- Guests and couple arriving, full ceremony and afterwards – option to travel to reception/meal venue after
- Up to two hours coverage
- Password-protected online viewing gallery with options to buy prints
- All images in Full Colour and high resolution on a USB stick (for you to distribute and print from as you wish)
Additional costs
- Travel outside of London – at cost or by car (at 50p per mile)
- Accommodation where required
- Additional photography hours at £200 an hour
Album and Print options
We can work with you to decide on the best presentation of your photos – from “value” coffee table books (from around £100), to leather-covered albums from quality UK-based suppliers (from around £350). Plus, if you love tech – we even offer an iPad album!
We can also organise high-quality printing in various sizes, formats and finishes through our partner printers Loxley Print and Snapfish. We pass on the costs directly and don’t charge for admin or handling.
